Don’t forget: The first of my four lectures on Weird & Wonderful Alabama begins tomorrow, Thursday, March 8, 2018. They will be each Thursday from 9:30-11 a.m. at the Huntsville-Madison County Library in downtown Huntsville.
I was asked to do the series for LearningQuest, a non-profit continuing ed organization. I will be talking about all kinds of things I’ve seen and learned in my Odd Travels, including colorful characters such as Mrs. Jack the Ripper; World’s Largest Things and records, abandoned asylums and plantation homes and much more.
The class is large so it is being held in the auditorium. You can just show up tomorrow if you’d like to register. I’m not sure of the fee because I don’t deal with that, but you can find the info at the Learning Quest website. Just click here.
Hope to see you there.
