I’m always a little sad when I see gorgeous homes that have been abandoned… and I’ve seen plenty. I know most of the time they were left behind because the maintenance was too expensive and, eventually, after years of neglect, the cost of making them livable is just too high.
I wish there was a way to save them all. Today, I’m sharing photos of one we saw in Orrville, Ala., a couple of years ago. I love the onion dome and the Victorian trim but I couldn’t find a listing for it. If anyone knows what happened to it, email kellykazek@kellykazek.com.
